    I enjoyed the walk, WhyNot.
The butterfly shows nicely on the yellow flower.
Your herons mug for the camera. Our do not.
Muscovys always look to me like a duck who was evil in a previous life and is now being punished. Rich

Nicely shot variety of subjects. I like them all. #1 is most appealing to me.

There is quite a bit more activity on DPReview but I've not gotten much response to my posts there.

A nice set WN. I like the butterfly a lot but do not know its type.

Really cool duck. But as a photo I like the butterfly the best.

    I believe it's a Zebra Swallowtail.

Thanks Lynne. I could have looked it up but I was lazy! I was listening/watching a bunch of nostaljic youtube music videos. I was looking up a lot if band members to see if they were still alive. Sadly many were not.

I was surprised by the butterfly .. not one that we see in the the yard or at the Botanical Garden Butterfly House .... The ducks around here interbreed indiscriminately .. we have many varieties of Muscovy ducks . even some Swedish ones after someone left a pair of Swedish ducks at the downtown park ... Thanks for stopping by Rich ...

Not really much happening anywhere but Craig is really keeping the old DPR site busy ... Not sure how we generate more enthusiasm here .. or where we go from here .... Thanks for stopping by, Jim ...

Well I don't need to look this one up as Lynne has already kindly provided the answer ... Thanks for stoping by, Andrew

Well cool??!!! I wouldn't call him cool ... maybe a bit mixed up ... Good to see you here, Charlotte ... maybe bring some pictures from your walks about town!??

Thanks for providing that answer for Andrew and now I don't need to find my butterfly book that keeps getting misplaced... Thanks for stopping by Lynne do stay around and keep the conversations interesting ....

    I'll be back sporadically ......
