I have just got hold of some funds that will allow the purchase of a class of lens I have been lusting over for some time so accordingly went to start a bit of up to date research on DPR. Along with so many others I guess, I was completely dumbfounded when I read it was closing. It is getting rarer these days to have stand out sites of excellence in a given subject and DPR was one of these.

How on earth Amazon can justify it's decision (I think they are the parent co.) when it is making shed loads of cash escapes me.

I wish all the best to DPRevived.com and hope it can live up to it's promise.

    Huge congrats to it's founders.

... oh, and it looks like it is British :)

    Welcome.

Yes, the founders are mostly British. It's early days for the forum and we have a lot of control over how it looks and what we offer. So, if you have any suggestions, feel free to post them.

Have a look in the 'how to' forum to see how to upload pictures, post in the correct forum etc.
