Thanks!
Before posting pictures, what are the terms for posting the pictures? As I recall, when mu-43.com changed hands, the new owners changed the rules for the site, and many felt that the new terms gave the owners essentially copyright to the photos posted. I never looked into the details, but a lot of people were concerned about it, and in general afterwards a lot less photos were posted.

Ok try this just to get the hang of it without those pesky quotes messing things up!
On the lower right of every post is a Reply button, clicking this will include that post as a quote in your reply. Don't do it! - there's no need for that.
Go to the base of the page and you'll see another Reply button (slightly larger), click that, you now have a blank-slate to reply in, good.
Now type something,
add a carriage-return or two,
click the Upload File button and choose your jpg,
once uploaded choose the embed image icon by the newly attached jpg,
it'll embed as a text-based link,
add a carriage-return or two,
type something.
Preview it.
Post reply.
Let me know if that helps!
I am getting there. One thing that was causing problems is that I am unfamiliar with my wife's laptop. I get problems if I let the cursor hover over the 'Edit' button
after I have activated it.
When accidentally replied to your post in the wrong place I couldn't move the entry to another position & the only way that I could delete the post was to exit before posting the reply & start again.
This one is a Parakeet outside my porch. I live at Cascade, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

This is my first post, a former user of DPReview since 2004
What did you do to wear Jake out?
He looks like a tired puppy.
Wow - that's excellent. You should click on the box to embed your photo when you upload it.
More people will see it if it's bigger than a thumbnail in the post.
Very nice shot. When you upload a photo, click on the "Embed" box next to the upload to get the photo to display as more than a thumbnail.
It will get you more views.
That's a sharp looking lizard!
Sorry for the late comment. I missed it the first round.
Is this an Olympus specific picture thread? It's just that it appears in the whole m4/3 subcategory
Nope, it isn't. Post along, anything goes. 😉
Love the dog portrait. He(?) looks satisfied with his day. 😀
Thanks! Yes, he was very satisfied getting to play in the mud - thankfully he's not mine! 😂
My lady in front of the Harley store..... OM-1 + 55mm
Scanned negative? Looks good.
