    So for a recent flickr challenge (the theme was "Toy transporation", so all kinds of toy cars, planes, trains etc.) I've created this image:

    Interestingly enough it was rejected as not being recognizeable enough as a vehicle. It wasn't a big deal, because I had created another image which was much clearer. Regardless of the challenge, I vastly preferred the outcome of this experiment to my regular toy car shot. So I thought I'd share it here as well. Do you recognize what it is?

    Interesting how the blur reverses the apparent orientation of the wheels and, to a lesser extent, the bucket.

    Yes, indeed! I always wanted one like that as a child. Actually I'd still love to have one... 😁

    Yes - I love that effect! Creates a somewhat surreal look. I'm sure there would be wonderful opportunities to use that effect more effectively, but I've never tried to really play with it so far...
