Meerkats on Ilford XP2 Super 400 - Caffenol

    Another Caffenol test from a while ago:

    Developed this film together with a Kentmere Pan 400 film in our Caffenol-C-L recipe at 22c and stand developing for 50 minutes this time.
    Next time I'll go for 55/60 minutes with the XP2 Super 400. The results are okay but a bit dark, while the Kentmere film was perfect.

    I like the look of the grain here. I’d agree another 5-10 minutes may have helped a bit. If anything, keep the development the same and give it an extra 1/2 to 1 stop exposure.
