For my part, I acquired the small Pentax Q (2011), the first of its kind, brand new for $288 CAD in 2013
These little Qs are really tiny and very light, only 180g.
These cameras are pleasant to use, but a little too small for my taste, and as always, a camera without a viewfinder quickly becomes unpleasant to use on sunny days.
The Pentax Q was promoted as the world's smallest and lightest interchangeable-lens digital camera at its launch.
There are four versions to my knowledge, all with a 12 MP sensor
Pentax Q (2011)
Pentax Q10 (2012)
Pentax Q7 (2013)
Pentax Q-S1 (2014)
It was a great time (early 2010s) for Pentax enthusiasts with the Pentax Q, the MF 645D and 645Z, the K-5 and the famous K-01, etc...
Here are the five comparisons I made with my Pentax Q, which is already celebrating its 15th anniversary this year (2011-2026)
