When are manufacturers going to tell the truth about there new released cameras. when reading DPR comments on the canon r5ii
no one knows (including Richard) what any of the true specs are for video, same smoke and mirrors as Nikon.
at least owning sony and just this week buying a new a6700 i know exactly what the camera is capable of with no marketing fake spec BS.

What do you need to know that is not already available with a Google search?

Well, it overheats, just as some sonys...

i watched a utube the other day from a pro wedding video guy and he said he has never had his a6700 overheat before the battery is dead. im shooting a video with my new a6700 tomorrow of my daughters uni graduation ceremony remotely controlled via my phone while sitting in the crowd😁 if it doesnt work i have already paid for the pro video 😎

Iirc you got an a7.4, so why did you buy an a6700?
    I'm confused...

i shoot professionally and own a studio, so my a6300 was getting long in the tooth so i traded it in for the a6700 which is my backup camera. i also will be shooting stills from my seat of the graduation, again i have also paid for the pro photos 😁 but my mother is getting old and i want to show her the vids and stills of the day as im looking after her for the next 2 weeks, she lives 1000k away.

you were right it overheated yesterday. I had the camera on continuously for about 1.30min taking the odd clip and it just stopped, lucky for me i had taken the important
clips i wanted. im now going to test it in my studio as i leave them on for up to 13 hours straight .

i must say though the 4k 60 in low light was stunning, cant wait to watch it on my 4k screen when i get home.
