Shot this afternoon. I went to shoot a barbeque competition but nothing was happening yet so I shot some bikes in the parking lot at the brewery. The first is a 48 BSA and some trikes for Charlotte that she would not have to pedal!

Very nice photography, Andrew. The BSA is beautiful. So is the Indian, if a bit over the top. The late model Harleys with that King of The Road package always make me think those should have a back up buzzer to alert people on the loading dock that it is reversing to offload cargo......make way!
What? Did you say that Charlotte peddles it all over town? I am shocked and delighted by your insight.
Well, I'm off to photograph the Kinetic Sculpture Racers as they wind around Humboldt Bay on their way south. I've missed the last 3 years and that's enough. Rich
Cool bikes (and trikes). I wouldn't want to pay the insurance for one of those things though. And I'm not allowed to drive one anyway. I took my driving license one week too late! Previously if you had a license for driving a car you could also drive an MC. Very bad planning there.
Charlotte, here I don't know how those trikes are licenced. There are three wheel cars so ???? Back in the day I could drive either with my chauffer's permit but the government changed the rules years ago and I lost all the extra things that a chauffer's permit permitted that a regular driver's licence did not, including driving large trucks, driving for hire, etc. With the revamp all those things including motorbikes required their own licences.
Cool thing, literally, you can drive trikes in snow without the fear of dumping them!

Rich, there was another Indian there that I liked more than the one posted. I talked to the owner for a bit. It was too close to the nearby bikes to get a decent image. It was a nice shade of green. Yeah, I did say that. It was not as dressed up as the other. It was a 2018. In conversation I commented that I was surprised there was no push back on the name of the company and the logo as there has been with other names referencing native Americans. He said his wife was native and she was fine with it!
A close look at that Harley will reveal stitching on the seat that says 'Joan Jett and the Blackhearts'. The flag on the back also references 'Sandra 4 President: Seriously'. I am guessing the driver is female but ????
I like your contraption and hope you had a good day out. I am off shortly to photograph the barbeque competition.
Andrew
I'm pretty sure you need a license for MC here. OR have an ordinary drivers license at least one week older than mine...
I must admit that I like Joan Jett, Andrew. I didn't particularly care for that metallic type of rock and roll, but she is an excellent musician, sings well, and great fun to watch her work as she wiggled in her leather trousers and made faces in her heavy makeup and with her lips and tongue dyed candy apple red. Now I bet you really think I'm nuts. 😵 Rich
