Hi,
What does it use? WORM memory? Meaning you can only write to it one time. Read it all you want after.
Stan
No, it has this great invention: a delete function. It just does not have a port or removable media
When we liked to complicate life 👍🏻
I have been enjoying this thread—lots I didn't realize or completely forgot. My first digital was an Olympus C2020 purchased for $750 in late 1999. Not a bad camera for the time, and I even did a business portrait or two in the studio with it. 2mp. Interesting to see how far that camera and come from the ones just a couple of years previous.
Thank you very much for your feedback 👍🏻
Yes, the Olympus C-2020z was an excellent digital camera in its day.

I'm not sure about Nikon's intention when releasing the KeyMission cameras in 2016.
Too little too late!

Just for fun 😄
I did a mini comparison between my Nikon D500 and the KeyMission 80, to get a better idea of this little camera. One thing is sure, it doesn't take up much space in my camera bag. See here for more results: www.flickr.com/photos/maoby/albums/72157719410599952

Those are the first ever photos I have seen taken with the Keymission
These are not cameras that have had very great success! 😂
You make the most interesting comparisons, that's for sure - excellent work! 👍
Do you know how well the KeyMission would have done against an iphone or another high-end smartphone at the time? In 2016 I think there was the iphone6... I felt like that camera was aldready pretty good, but I just looked it up and it had significantly less megapixels.
Not yet, it's on my to-do list 😎
I still have more than a hundred comparisons on my list.
