Finally got round to go through my P7800 photos (since 2016): www.flickr.com/photos/197972342@N06/albums

PS: the most recent ones I shot with my new MFT-camera (Panasonic G90), which I bought last year to experiment with some additional features like dedicated macro/close-up lens (Olympus 60mm macro), more zoom (200-600 FF eq), live composite etc.

Hi Peter, I just had a Sunday morning stroll through your images, they are delightful, even the close ups with the P7800 are tack sharp. Thanks for posting these, a real joy.
    Regards
    Gary

Some fantastic photos on your Flickr feed. I have the P7800 which has an intermittent fault with the mode dial, so I bought a P7000 which so far has been fautless. It has the same super sharp 28-200 lens and is more compact. They are both great cameras though and very enjoyable to use :)

    Thank you!
Mine had a doggy 4-way multi control dial, but 'luckily' within the 2-yr warranty period, so got it fixed for free. It's doggy again, but I've learned to live with it - well, most of the time...

Wonderful photos! I am thinking of picking up one of these cameras at some point. The lens seems very high quality. Just trying to find one that is in good condition and not too highly priced!

Thank you! Good luck with finding a proper P7800.

BTW, great photos on your website!

    Hi Peter,
Very nice photos, as expected, coming from you and the P7800.
I confess I didn't peruse all of them. I couldn't stand the wait every 5 pictures.
    I hope you'll forgive me!
Every time I see P7800 pictures, I think how great that camera was, and still is.
    Best regards,
    André

    Hi André,
I hadn't realised about the 5 sec delay after every so many pictures - it doesn't happen when you're logged in (which I am of course). Sorry about that :-(
    Keep shooting & sharing,
    Peter

    Update:
I had the same issue (as you) when looking at them as a non-logged in visitor using Safari, but NOT when using Firefox with Ghostery privacy & ad blocker enabled! One of the reason I prefer to use Firefox (in most cases)

I do use Firefox. I'll check my settings to see if I can fix the issue.
