Yeah, also Nikon is announcing the Z8 today, and they will give away the first 1000 units for free. Moreover, Amazon has a change of heart, deciding not to shut down DPReview. :-)

April 1 jokes aside, it might not be a bad idea if Nikon finds it to hard to compete in the full frame hybrid camera space with Sony and Canon. It already built a great reputation among landscape photographers for its sensor image quality, optics and gear reliability.

Yeah, all you'd need is a yet-larger mount and some lenses to cover the format. It would cost a fortune, but I'd still like one!
