    Hi all,
    www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1770159-REG/nikon_nikkor_z_dx_24mm.html
And at what price! Unless its quality is not good, it seems like a great lens for the system, which I'm still waiting for Sony aps-c. Fuji has its 23mm f/2 since forever.

I'm hesitant to get the Sigma 23mm f/1.4 because of its size. I own the 20mm f/2.8 pancake, but when light goes down, I have to use the 35mm f/1.8, which is not ideal as an all-purpose night walk-around lens. There are plenty of manual focus alternatives, but that's not the same.

Do you think there is a technical limitation to develop such a compact 23ish mm f/2ish autofocus lens for e-mount?

    Cheers

E mount is almost the same dimensions as canon EF-M, and they have their 22f2 (which is a fair bit smaller than the new nikon 24mm) - a 10mm aperture is hotdog down a hallway compared to the 46mm mount. There's no technical reason sony couldn't make a similar lens, but they might want to avoid competition with the zony 24mm.

The Zony 24mm is only a little smaller than the sigma, and a lot more expensive, so if I had to choose between them I'd put up with the size for the sake of f/1.4
