Hello,
My first daughter will be born in may :) I have recently bought a Canon R6 Mk II & RF 24-70mm F2.8, I also have a good tripod. My concerns are that without good lighting the photos won't look as good, as this camera set can do. I want to make some photos and maybe some short videos. I see 3 ways I can handle the lighting:
- reflector near the window (but it works only during the day and you have to be near the window)
- LED always on video light, like one from Godox, etc. (would be also good for videos, bit I have some concerns permanently lighting a sleeping child)
- a studio flash (only for photos, my wife would have concerns flashing a child with open eyes, although I read that it's better than constant light?)
As I understand I shouldn't point the light source directly at the child. I should use some kind of diffusion so that the light won't be as harsh.
Maybe you have some advice which set would be perfect for home use, that means it should also be easy to hide. And which power do I need. Are those small lights like Colbor CL60 to little for my needs?
