Using Chrome, the "Next Page" ">" button brings me to the bottom of the next page, when clicked at the bottom of the page. When clicked at the top of the page, it behaves as expected.
My current workaround is to it "Home" and use the button at the top of the page.
It works okay in Firefox 111.0.1 (64-bit)
On my system with Chrome, it works as expected - takes me to the top of the next page.
Looking around it appears others have experienced this with the Chrome Browser.
Maybe there is an update?

Holding or tapping your keyboard’s Space Bar will make a page jump downwards.
Holding the Shift key and the Space Bar will make the page jump upwards.
Looks like this was fixed in the changes last night. We got a "TOP" button on the bottom, too.
