An interesting, though suggestive shot. I am disappointed in the technical quality of this photo. For €6000 and with a fixed lens, I would expect less distortion and chromatic aberration at the edges.

I dont know what way you used the word of "suggestive" exactly.
In terms of photo, perhaps it s due to editing or just me, I dont know, I have not taken many shots with this camera and I have never heard any concerns about CA or distortion. But I can see what you mean. I have a few more shots from that night and I will check them.later. Its my friends camera, I shot with it only once on this occasion.
Was this out of camera jpeg? If one looks at the raw from the Q series one finds the lens is actually a little wider with the extra data being used for correction with the end result being a 28 mm FOV. That was done to keep the size of the lens down. That is the lens is smaller than both the current M series 28 mm. If one looks at the images in C1 you can show how much has been cropped off to take this FOV from 26 mm to 28 mm.
I think in general some programs handle the processing better than others. For example on my Q2M I can easily identify scenes where the jpeg engine in the camera will not do as good of job as taking the raw into Capture One. The type of scene above is one. This scene has a massive dynamic range of the lit window and the woman in the shadows.
If I were taking this shot I would have cranked in about -2/3 exposure comp and then raised the shadows in post and done a minor tweak to the curves.
