Nikkor 120-300mm f2.8 discontinued?

Even as Canon has announced an RF mount 100-300mm f2.8, it appears that Nikon may have discontinued the similar F mount lens!

It is not listed anymore.

My local retailer reports it is discontinued in the UK.

It´s for sure listed in Sweden

There may be some still available new although production seems to have ended.

It is probable Nikon are actively working on a Z Mount replacement
