I like the picture but that pine cone reminds me more of fall than spring ... but very nice picture at any time ....

Albert, might I direct your attention to the pinned post at the top of this forum.

    Presumably you missed that.

Paul, we have spruce trees and the cones are a hazard when walking about the yard. On wrong step and you may twist your ankle!

A well taken image and I like the processing. Any success with the flickr posting yet? There was a post somewhere about how to do it but I will have to search for it.

Please ignore Albert's comment. He is obviously not familiar with the way we operate here.

I missed this post, Paul. I used to live in a place where some nut had planted pine trees. A pine cone broke my windscreen. The cones would lay concealed in deep grass and roll if I stepped on one. I still like your pictures, though. Rich

I like your cone. I must say it's creative to use a long tele to photograph a cone. It turned out well.

Shame on you Paul. At least you didn't hand your good lady the camera and instruct her to return with your morning shots.๐Ÿ˜„
Like the pine cone. Good images can be found even under our feet it seems.

Lovely shot Paul and we'll processed

I won't criticize you for not taking your morning walk, seeing as I should be getting my morning exercise now but am lying in bed reading and replying to posts instead. ๐Ÿ˜‰
