Great scene and composition, but the low resolution hurts it a lot, as if it's a strong crop from an HD dashcam.

It is a crop from a slightly soft image (zone focussing, shot from the hip) and generously processed and sharpened.
And, to tell the truth, I don't think it's the kind of image where that matters too much… -
It looks very nice on my screen with a very interesting thought provoking subject.
They are telling me that whoever or whatever they are waiting for is running seriously late 😖
