Where in the menu do I set the electronic shutter instead of regular shutter? I just got the camera, and I can't find the menu item.

You can set it in the Super Control Panel (press the OK button when in shooting mode) or the front half of the dial on the left top plate of the camera will bring up in the viewfinder a complete bar with all the options. all the silent options have a "heart" icon

There are three places you can do this, as Gary said you can do it from the SCP, or by pressing the front half of the top-left dial (drive/timer/flash button) then rotate the rear command dial to select.
It's also in the menu, first tab (Photo1), page 7, "Drive Mode".
Silent mode (electronic shutter) is indicated with a heart (❤️) icon.

On mine the shutter control is around the lens 🤷♂️

Thanks all.
I did find it, but I find that silent means silent.I'm trying to have the electronic shutter be silent, but at the same time, when the camera finally does a focus using AFS-C with a green rectangle, to give me a little beep acknowledging it. I guess that's not possible.

Actually, it is possible, mine beeps on focus lock. Go to Menu>Camera 1>Silent Settings>OK>Sound Icon (third item down)> set to "allow".
