Ron, if you want one of those and will manage it like the other specific topic forums (e.g. landscape, B&W etc.), then I will happily create one for you.
I got an answer to that question. The current quote system over there is a hangover from the previous Phil Askey system. They say that it will be fixed in due course.
It seems non-intuitive, but even with a small population of only 40, the margin of error still remains high (at about 23%) because we have such a small sample size of only 13.
So that's another good reason to encourage more members to post and vote here ;-)
Yes. So many signed up here and then forgot all about it when DPR did not complete the shutdown. There were about 40 folks from the Medium Format forum who came here, and I am the only one left, I think.
Yes or no are far too simplistic answers, only people who have a prepared answer in advance can answer yes or no.
You know the expression "give the runner a chance" How can we assess such a radical change in the space of a few hours?
You have to give the minimon a few weeks' time, to fully understand the changes and be able to assimilate them or not.
And unfortunately, the “I haven't watched it” option is useless.
Ultimately, your survey is far too rushed to be of any value.
Marc, you are too harsh. For initial impression, such poll is pretty usable - Yes means "Looks like I can get used to it", No means "What the hell" and then remains "I don't care". That's why I would have voted for both Yes and No - WTH they have done!, but well, I can manage :)
