I enjoyed these, Jim. I like the wren picture. Is it playing peek a boo with you?

That metal thing looks like the contraption Carl Sagan imagined to launch the dodecahedron in "Contact."

And, the snow white iris looks very virginal for an angiosperm.

One more time and I saw the frog. I like it. Rich

All very nice Jim. A lovely garden looked after with skill and great care!

We used to have some white irises but my wife gave some to a friend and the rest of ours disappeared over time. I have not yet seen the yellow ones we had this year. I think a lot have died off and we need to get some replacements.

.It keeps the squirrels and other birds from enlarging the hole thus keeping it a wren house.

    Thanks for the compliments Rich!

Thanks Andrew. I'll pass your complements on to the Gardner.

Sorry to see you up at 1 am. Hope you can find some relief from your back pain.

Very nice garden .. well kept .. Ours is looking like a bed for Virginia creepers .. but age does slow us down and we need a gardener and there are only yard people that don't really know what a garden is ...Your garden looks like Spring is well under way and ours looks like the beginning of summer.. The Day Lilies are starting to grow in our garden and are about at peak at the local Botanical Garden ….

Sorry I was a bit slow in stopping by but I mistakenly thought this was one of Andrew's posts that I had already responded to … I like seeing the originators and when the post started when I look down the list of posts in the forum … but then ….

    WhyNot

Actually as I look further down the list I realized this was not even the post I thought I was responding to as I actually missed your earlier garden post .. Sorry about that too!!.... as it too was a very nice trip through your garden ...

Lovely Flowers Jim but the little Wren looking out of her mortgage free house takes it for me 🙂👍
