This is "Pretty in Purple"
Shot with a T8i, 18-135 IS USM, at 35mm, f/7.1, ss 1/40rh, Auto ISO at 12800.
I wanted to emphasize the purple, so I set a Cloudy WB and dropped the EC one full stop to -1.

It looks dark and ominous. I like the purple. Wow...pretty good at ISO12800.

This was about 6:30 PM or so. We had been under a tornado watch all day, and this was on the tail end of that. The view is looking east. The tornado threat is moving on out, heading on to out the mid-Atlantic states.

I sent this in to my local TV station and they put it up on their web site.
Of course, there were 1,000 others, but still, I thought that was pretty cool.
Never done anything like that before.
