I like the Idea of an independent Forum and hope will will go on but 1(0) April?
Just a bit fast, it takes month to shut down a Business, this seems way to fast.
Hope he get this thing working even if the announcement is fake but we
might keep the possibility in mind.
It had been going on for a long time. I was helping Richard Butler with an article and he said that some important news (couldn't tell me what) was coming.
Very unlikely. Some people already delete their account.
Sadly not. There have been signs for a while that something wasn’t right (lots of older content being resurfaced on the front page for example), reviews going unfinished etc. It’s clear from some of the statements that the decision was made some time before the public announcement.
Also, what site would encourage people to request downloads of their data and/or to close their accounts for a joke?
