Looking into this more, but watch a video from one of the Drone academy or Drone Pilot , etc...
It was stated that if you own a real estate company and use your drone to take aerial photos without your part 107 license the FAA will fine you 1110 dollars per violation. Furthermore, if you are a real estate company and hire an aerial photographer who is NOT licensed, your fine will be 11,100 dollars. (factor of 10, not sure why)
