I have been using DXO Optics Pro 10 Elite for several years now. It serves my needs well. I have tried PL5 at one point. Now I am trying PL6. I found two UI changes in PL6 that annoy me, though not deal breakers.

First one is easier to ignore. I usually export processed raw files to JPEG (for immediate use) and TIF (for further use in another s/w). One source file, two output formats at the same time. When I start an export job, earlier version of PL showed the count of raw photos being exported. Now in 6.6.1.199, it shows the count doubled (for the two output formats). If it was taking 130 minutes to export 100 photos earlier, now it shows same 130 minutes for 200 photos. Somewhat misleading in my opinion but OK to live with.

The second one is really annoying. The photos in the edit window show with zoom level at 'fit to screen' on opening a folder. Depending on the camera resolution and the orientation, the actual zoom level will be different. If a lower resolution file shows at 34%, a higher resolution file may only show at 27% but both completely fill the edit window. During edit, I usually crop photos to remove unwanted content near the edges. The image resolution reduces and the 'fit to screen' zoom level should ensure that the cropped image now fills the window. That's how older versions worked. In PL6, I am seeing that the cropped image shows proportionally smaller than the 'fit to screen' zoom level. I have to click the 'fit to screen' button again for it to fill the edit window.

I'd appreciate if anyone knows a fix for that second issue. Thanks.

    PC or Mac?

I am on a Mac and do not see this behavior.

I am not sure about the first issue, but I also encounter the second one on latest v6.7. I am not aware of any solutions other than clicking "Fit on screen" again.
