I have set BB button and AF-C
As a result, the camera doesn't re-focus each time I hit its shutter...

    ... nor the ML-L7 one.

It's fine if you are in a set focus.
Quite different if you are trying to take a pic of some part you yourself using the camera from a tripod position.

I want to send to the doc/surgeon, the unexpected developing situation around the medication due to the sweat

30° today - after two months of daily rains<

Whatever I do I get an out-of-focus image

    Being a one once need...
...any solution without changing the camera setting, putting it back to half-shutter focus ??

I cannot use the Cell camera... the position is too awkward!

    ( wait, I have a wonderful camera with a tripod .. )

if BB button means focus by the AF-ON button on the back of the camera, then I could imagine that no refocusing is done by this choice.
I expect that half shutter focus, which is coupled to shutter release works fine for this purpose, also with remote shutter release.

The Nikon manual expresses clearly that there is no "half shutter" action with the remote.

I discovered yesterday that with AF-C the ML07 button acts with focus priority, re-focusing each time the focus is not OK.
