Reply with or without quote option

Just an enhancement request to make it easier to reply without quote. Deleting the quoted text works but it would be nice to simply click which way you wish to reply.

I think you can reply without a quote by clicking the Reply button at the top of the post listings which is not attached to a particular post.

If you click the Reply button attached to a post then that post will be quotes in your reply.

Here I clicked the Reply button at the top of the posts list.

Like this for an example. Here I clicked the Reply button attached to my quoted post.

Or the button at the bottom.
