I think it will add cost and could increase noise, and I don't care about the speed. Regardless of what Fuji says, I don't think the world is waiting with bated breath for a 33x44 mm sports camera.
At lower ISOs like 100-200, would there be noticeable noise increase? To me AF improvements will mean more people willing to buy it and use it where they would currently use FF cameras.
A little OT, but what is the use case for such a high resolution MF camera? It is cool zooming in on those high res pics, but when is that resolution actually needed?
I’m encouraged by the info that this is a GFX 100 “replacement” rather than 100”s”. Hopefully enabling use of tilt-adapter and some of the other nice features of the GFX 100 such as the sub-monitor LCD which I like and use a lot.
What's needed is less aliasing. The GFX 100x still aliases noticeably in some circumstances, though it's better than the GFX 50x. If the GF lenses were a lot worse, it wouldn't be a problem. 😉
