[this is a cross-post from dpreview, but I suppose that's the goal, sorta]

    Hi,

I've been working on an overview of the different Samsung NX camera generations after somebody asked which ones actually can run Linux, and what is the difference. It's been an effort of multiple months (on my leisure time), and I didn't go as far as actually reverse engineering all the firmwares, but I came close

If you are interested in the gory details, I have it written down at Samsung NX Camera Archaeology.
