Should I stay or should I go?

A safe haven gives us security and comfort, but sooner or later we have to leave.
Many of us have asked ourselves whether this is the right time.

I could also ask the question, where are you going? Anyway, I do like the photo, good color, nice sky.
Many of us left last week when it was announced that the ship was sinking. It is good that we found a lifeboat in time. The lifeboat has some amenities that the old ship lacked, such as a dedicated forum section for critique.
Very nice capture of dramatic skies over the sea. Plenty of detail to study throughout the upper 2/3 of the frame, with a lovely muted color palette that you did not push too far as we sometimes see. It seems your ship is sailing out to sea, through the harbor gates. The almost silhouetted boundary between sky and sea, with a brighter patch of water between, creates a visual guide to create a sense of expected movement. A lovely and peaceful image. There is an ever-so-tiny halo line along the right hand boundary between land and sky. If you mean to print this, and I think you should, you might want to fix that.
In my case, I'm already gone. I come from a Portuguese forum that hasn't sunk yet but has no life left, now it's a kind of ghost ship adrift.
I hope Dprevided is a good port.
Thanks for your comment.
I appreciate your interpretation of the photo, that's really what I wanted to show.
Looking more closely now, yes I found a slight halo.
Thank you very much for your comment.

A wise man once said: it is better to be standing on the jetty wishing you were out on the water than being out on the water wishing you were standing on the jetty 🙂
In any case nice photo with pondering drama.
thanks @DannoB
A good picture but I would brighten this a bit .. especially that area under the cloud to the right and the light reflecting on the water. Maybe make the "going" option more attractive! ....

My idea is to create this doubt: is it better to stay, or can I go now?
But I understand your idea, to reinforce the vanishing point.
Thanks @WhyNot for your suggestion
