    simplejoy,

Nice riot of colors, and yeah, you can see the little hairs on the bee's back.

My most recent Canon 5DS photos are on Flickr, mainly experimenting with the Tamron 28-300mm IS on monopod. Processing in DPP4 and cropping various sizes. This is full photo @86mm 1/160 f/10 ISO400. Linked in large size (1024x683) BBC method. Larger sizes online.

    Previously,

Here are the promised bluebells. These are in a woods, not a field, but hopefully I'll be able to show that soon. I've still got one or two places to check this bluebell season.

I saw the year's first Swifts flying overhead yesterday evening.
To many that's the start of Summer.

Thanks Mocha. I think one of the white ducks was sitting on eggs. I'll keep my eye out for newborn ducklings, Hopefully, a predator doesn't harm them.

    Mocha,

That's great you have warmer weather. I liked seeing the ducks and ducklings. Wow...that's a colorful Peacock Butterfly. It kind of looks like a moth.

    Dunlin,

Thanks. I was happy that I had enough depth of field with that picture of the dandelion flower. We had some sun also, which made that photo possible.

Thank you David. I enjoyed seeing the RF 24-240mm lens pictures. That looks like an affordable versatile lens.

    Simplejoy,

I liked seeing the bee surrounded by all of those beautiful colors - red, green yellow-orange and blue.

I'm also glad you liked my yellow dandelion flower. I like to experiment with different things all of the time, whether it's the lighting or settings etc.

    Steve,

It's nice to see all of that blue sky. We had blue sky this past Saturday, but it all has been replaced by cloudy skies. But that's common where I live in Oregon.

    Sandy,

That's a neat glass house or greenhouse. I heard there's a glass house that's abandoned in Eastern Oregon somewhere. I saw it on a YouTube video. I hope the owner of that glass house has great views from there.

    Dunlin,

That's neat to see all of those goslings. I haven't seen any yet where I live.

    Dunlin,

I like seeing those carpet of bluebell flowers.

I think 10 resized images is fine. You know me...I'm probably the worse "offender" when it comes to showing too many pictures. :-)
