To be completely honest, I'll miss these threads @Digirame. I've enjoyed them.
If you do include other brands, I'll certainly still be around. Otherwise you'll find me somewhere on a Micro Four Thirds sub-forum.

I hope the new threads will change to a weekly format; it's nice to have motivation to have something new to share on Monday.

DPRevived today upgraded the file upload limit to 100mb.
I know this thread is officially over, but here's a 54.1mb panorama to celebrate.

Nice picture, Dunlin! The farmers are still at the beginning of the growing season here...

I have not yet figured out what the long term limits for data are per user, and what we do when/if we reach that limit.

    Hi David,
I took the panorama last September. I'm glad you like it.

    Dunlin,

That's wonderful. You remind me to some day to start taking panorama photos also. I love seeing the sunlight on the field and the clouds in the sky.

It took me four times to login, even after clearing cookies. So I hope I can continue posting. I'll see you all over at the monthly photo thread.

I had a couple of pictures, but they were so bad, I dumped them.

Steve, those blossoms are beautiful. They are so nice to see in the spring. As Dunlin had said, we are now starting to show the pictures in a different location.

Let’s see if I remember how to post something here…

I’ve been busy in the past month selling a house (my mom’s house, the family house my dad had bought in 1962). As you can imagine, the house was loaded with things from the past. Gigantic job. Now I’m exhausted…

So I’m living in the last of our family houses, built in 1964. Beautiful place but the electric grid has become fragile and we’re plagued with power failures all the time.

I finally decided to go with the ultimate generator as moving and cranking the portable ones has become too much for me. I hope it will serve me well. We had another power failure yesterday but it is not connected to the liquid propane tanks yet!!!

I see DPReview is still up and that the closing banner has disappeared. This is silly. They say they’re closing, then they give an extension and now no more closing banner. Are we supposed to go back there?
