i have a strange relationship with the sd quattros. i love the design and looks and features like a switch for viewfinder only etc.
i hate the sa mount hump which make the sigma art lenses which are already large pretty big and heavy.
my H feels abandoned and the software is buggy like the live histogram not updating after a certain point and the viewfinder going white when in sleep mode etc.
i like the image quality for the most part.
really though as much as i want to use it I always reach for the dp quattros ahead of it.
ive bought and sold and bought again the sd quattro H for these reasons and i consider to sell again but ill end up wanting one again lol.
i would be happy if the FFF took on the sd quattro design with less buggy operation and smaller l mount lenses. HOWEVER I love the add on lcd viewfinders of the dp quattros so much i would actually prefer that option instead of the built in viewfinder. like the fp has.
In spite of reading so many comments to the contrary, the vignetting and the AF anomalies for SA-mount DC lenses did put me off that sensor size. You might rush to tell me about all your DC lenses that worked well enough for yourself but I've never owned or used a 'Global' SA-mount lens.
Fortunately for some, Sigma's 'H' sensor is quite a lot smaller than the official APS-H size.
