    Hi All,
Just landing here. A big thank you to those who provided the platform!

I'll start with a probably silly question:
From the GFX100S, has anyone tried to mount the Fringer Pro EF on the FUJINON GF1.4X TC WR ?
Visually from pictures seen, it looks like it could possibly work. If so, I know electronic compatibility with EF lenses is another story.
My interest is due to the fact that I loved the EF 135mm f2 X1.4 combo on Canon.
I have now the Sigma 135mm f1.8 which does really well on GFX100S with the Fringer. Then, maybe? Even in fully manual mode since the blades stay open and this is where it shines?
Or maybe you'll have experience with another third party converter?

No, it doesn't fit at all. And I doubt very much if the converter will fit into any other adapter. It just goes too deep.

Ah, too bad, but another glance at the picture made me aware of this possible problem (among others).

Thank you for the report !

Nice! I was asking myself the same question few weeks ago if that would work and which combo would produce better IQ 😄

    Gfx + Fuji Gfx 1.4x + Fringer + Canon 100-400mm ii

    Gfx + Fringer + Canon 1.4 or 2x III + Canon 100-400mm ii

Hi, thanks for your feedback and for the link to this interesting review !
Some good lenses take the X1.4 converters very well, like the EF 100-400, EF 135mm f2, with nice results.
Others, which could be superb once extended given their superlative quality, don't due to their design.
I'm thinking particularly of the GF 110mm f2, the Sigma 135mm f1.8, and also the EF 85mm f1.2.
I doubt there will be an interest from a third party lens maker to provide a non protruding X1.4 extender for the GFX system, but who knows.
    Cheers
    Paul
