Bryan is suffering from not too many photo opportunities - favourite subjects disappeared, not even many birds and even though the rainy autumn has gone, still many overcast days 😔
Not too cold. Not snow temps but getting down to frost temps - it can be mild then suddenly pretty cool...
This is not really interesting in terms of detail captures (it was taken with a reversed projection lens after all 😉) but it is quite close and was intended for people to guess what it is:
Given the shapes and the tangled, flowing appearance, can be cooked noodles with some dramatic lighting and color manipulation. The translucent, glossy look could come from the noodles’ surface catching light, and by changing the color to grayscale or blue tones, they look completely abstract and organic.😁
Good guess. The image is almost SOOC though, so no drastic color manipulation in post. The thing shown is golden originally, but because of lighting and the lens properties (I've used a projection lens reversed to capture this) that color doesn't show up in the original at all, only some slight abberations. It's not noodles however.
Looks really cool in 3D. With wind I have a tough time getting one shot in focus. Stereo seems even more difficult. Great work.
