Today that apology exhibits unusual but welcome consideration for others, and demonstrates the old adage that a little kindness never hurts!

Usually, people are quite considerate, and wait patiently for you to take the photo. The funny thing is that sometimes you've been waiting for a while for some "volunteer" to come into the picture, and when they finally show up, they're still waiting aside so as not to bother you 😄
