This has a real lonely feel to it. Not a fan of the "heavy handed" noise filtering though. I'd go the other direction and make it noisy for that "arty" feel. In fact, if you have the Nik Collection, using the Analog Efex options, you might find a filter that would work nicely with it after tweaking the settings a bit -- if you're into that kind of debauchery, that is. 😏
