Normally, I tend not to go to the same spot often, but this place has some potential, but I am yet to exploit it fully.

There's something very Escher-esque about the images, especially the third one, my favorite. Being in black-and-white enhances that effect. If these don't fully come up to your expectations, I can't wait to see the results when you finally get what you're after!

    I like the last one.
It reminds me of one of my Raymond Chandler novels that I have recently replaced due to yellowing pages.

Thanks for your generous comment, I’m flattered! I think the last one is a bit special and meets my expectations, while the others make good use of the composition and beautiful architectural elements. I would, however, love to include a strong human element. I think I’ll have to be either very lucky, very patient, or perhaps stage something to bring to life what I have in mind. Let me elaborate on what might make a striking, impactful image: based on this composition, imagine a child releasing a bunch of balloons and watching them rise or an elderly person descending the stairs with difficulty close to bottom of them while a child joyfully runs up them. I know these ideas are a bit far-fetched, but who knows. luck has been on my side a few times before; perhaps it will be again one day.
