I have a faverate bench to sit on at the end of the day. There is a perch about 25 feet from the bench and the sun is behind me. I never know who will perch in front of me yet I've been rewarded many times sitting there with my tripod set up in front of me.

I hope you dont mind me sharing a personal observation/opinion but the images come over as 'drawings' (or even painted) rather than pictures. Perhaps it is my perception of things and others might not agree. The compositions and the colors are excellent. Starlings are among my favorite birds to shoot sporting those color fluctuations (except when they swarm and dropbomb ofcourse, nasty stuff).
