Confused though there is website The Photo where images matter. So a sub section of this or vice versa??

Glad you’re still here. I think your great photos of landscapes and weather conditions etc. would certainly fit in well here and be popular among the members.
As I see it,...there are, sort of, two parts to the experience :
THE PHOTO web page is mainly designed as a starting page to help guide new members into the forum part.
THE PHOTO web page showcases a few user images and explains what the The-Photo forum is all about, with useful links to the various weekly threads etc.
But, it is the The-Photo forum part where the action is. Once a new user starts posting in the forum pages there is not really much need anymore to use the web page. I just save a link to “all threads” and start from there each day.
You can choose which weekly threads you want to take part in and post there. You can also start new individual posts, but I tend to get more comments from others in the various weekly threads.
