what look you want to get from the 2 lights ?
if i had 2 lights, i would throw in a bounce, position main light camera left or right, second light as rim opposite of the main behind the subject, and the reflector camera left or right to bounce light from the rim into the shadow area of the main.
if you just starting out, i would suggest to begin with 1 light and a reflector. when you easily manage 1 light and the reflector, add the second light to the game.
i would suggest to move the 35 glow para softbox further away from the subject, due to its shape it is a very strong light what can have a dramatic fall off when to close. with an inner and outer diffusor things get bit more moderate, but i still have the feeling to use about 1,2m to 1,5m distance with my 90cm parabolic softbox.
