Hi all
A few days ago I was lucky to get a few new old film cameras, including an Agfa Isolette III. It has the Solinar lens, which supposedly should be very good indeed. So this morning I loaded some Kentmere 400 and went for a walk. I developed the roll in DD-X 1+9 dilution for 45min, 20C. Here are five frames from the roll and one of the camera itself.
I am positively surprised. Both the rendering and sharpness is very good I think. I made sure to use both small and large apertures. There are some slight scratches some places, though. And there is also some kind of light blob in the first one, going over the lower left part of the trees in front. I'm not sure why exactly, but the plate that presses the film and makes sure it is flat has a dent and is somewhat bent. I'll have to investigate further.
