    Nothing really exceptional about this photo but can't say the same for the lens.
    I met by chance a gentleman last night, he had an M11 paired with Leica Noctilux-M 50 f/0.95 ASPH. I took only a photo when we were drinking our coffees.
    I am not a great fan of Leica, I think it is exaggerated but this lens' rendering was very different.

    Interesting rendition of the OOF background lights ... some round, some not, some swirly ...

    I've come to the conclusion that the rendition & colour has something to do with the design, which is also responsible for or tied in with chromatic aberration. I've noticed it in an awful lot of shots coming from Leica lenses. I've also noticed it in quite a number of my own favourite lenses. They're far from perfect as far as CA and ultimate sharpness is concerned, but they do have that more organic or natural look to the files. Not that clinical, ultra crispy crunchy pure digital look. Just my 2 cents. No technical explanations for it.
