    I forgot about this one! Another backyard quick shot from a couple of days earlier. East Passage... looking northwest. Cropped and re-sized. You can see a ferry on the water (toward the right) and also the Alki Point light.

    Really like the way you captured the depth in the series. Makes me want to jump in and explore.

    That's a great opportunity to get some good photos !
    I think I prefer the first one.
    The second one has a nice composition. It looks a little bright on my monitor, my personal taste would be a bit darker with a touch more contrast

    Of the two posts I like this one best.
    It's quite relaxing to look into that wide open space and just enjoy all the sunset colours

    Holy bat cave. The rule of thumb for high country backpacking/hiking is 2 mph + 1 hour per 1000 feet of altitude gained. So 14 miles round trip comes to 7 hours + 9 hours for 9000 feet is an estimated 16 Hours he did it well sub 4. Amazing.
