I agree, the character, his pose, the setting... are all very good, but that tree wasn't placed in the best position...

Beautiful colors, and good textures courtesy of that old building. I just hope you don't leave us in doubt and show us some images of what was happening underneath...

Interesting images. I've always been envious of the street food traditions in some countries...

A place to relax above the hustle of the city...

Street food vendors and stalls offer really nice compositions, nice catches.

I am sorry to say that, but this did not work for me. Slow panning shots while pedestrians are walking can yield an interesting result, but this looks like you forgot to set the shutter speed.

Nice contrasty scene with a sense of ambiguity and curiosity.

Nice multipurpose fire hydrant ! It looks like it really needed this refreshment.

Congratulations on a breakthrough. Peering through the smoke, I'm sure I can smell the grill and feel the temperature in this shot.

I agree with Daneland. She's marvellous. You caught her absolute concentration. It would be worth trying a crop. probably keep plenty of tree as a frame and a couple of the arched blue widows. Both give a feeling of where she lives.

Marvelous street shot.

She's completely isolated in her own little world literally inches from the hustle and bustle just below her.

There's also an equally compelling completely different composition with just the girl in her chair and the shadow of the street light.
