    The Weekly Street Photography Thread

Welcome to the street photography weekly thread.
We are hoping to get your images and hear what other members think about them.
It is open to all members of the forum; members can post a single image or a selection of images on a theme in a single post. Multiple posts are allowed.
What constitutes street photography has always been debatable. There are several opinions about it, and we do not want to restrict participants. You can post whatever you deem fits into the genre; however, please be prepared to hear criticism as well.

    Guidelines:
    1. We aim to increase the popularity of street photography and encourage our fellow photographers to be more interested in the genre.
    2. Give your photo a title and include any other information you think is relevant. I personally love to know why you made this photo, what attracted you to make it, and why you like it. But this is NOT MANDATORY.
    3. A single image or a theme-based group of images are allowed. No multiple posts, please.
    4. If you post an image, that means you are ready to hear feedback.
    5. We want to hear your thoughts about others’ posts.
    6. Please keep all posts civilised and polite.
    7. Unless specifically stated otherwise by the original poster, please do not modify the images.

I very occasionally have a go at ICM. Most times it's rubbish, but I quite liked this one I took. I called it:

I went round Manchester today with Fuji & LCE. It was extremely crowded - so much so that it wasn't much fun. I got a few shots worth developing but nothing I'd put in a competition. Have a look and let me know what you think.

Inside the Hidden Chuch. We got asked to leave because we were too noisy...

These guys were outside the back of a restaurant - obviously tea break time.

We were challenged to do som ICM. I was trying out the new 13-33 fuji lens so I did some zooming for the movement on a couple of them

This reminds me of one of my photos.I suggest to increase saturation, texture and clarity to give more impact. I find some panning shots are more successful with a bit exaggeration .

Have you checked the raw before applying the lens corrections? Sometimes the default crop is very conservative, and you can recover something by doing it manually...

Not necessarily - for some images cutting part of subject(s) off makes image better.

That was I about to write. Try to disable lens correction and see how it looks like.

Yes, technically it could have been better with the whole wheel, but who cares? We are no judges here!

I edited my own version. If you are OK , I can post it.

I like what you've done with the colour. And I like the crop - it's move the focus to the helter skelter - an interesting idea. I can see I've still got lots to learn.

Such a nice composition, processing, and it caught the moment very well. My only criticism is about the tall building. A 2:3 or 10:16 crop to get rid of it while keeping the tree tops will prevent being distracted by it.
