Nice detail in the foreground with the back lighting. Fine photography. One little quibble - you might want to stand up straight when shooting so you get the horizon line level. Maybe stop sniffing at the booze? LOL

Thank you for the comment and advice. The biggest problem I have doing street and applying an art effect is that typically street photography is very rigid by those who do the genre in terms of compliance to convention. Namely photos should be black and white or mono, square frame, etc. Variations meet a cold shoulder, generally.

No, no, no, no... you're not looking at the photo properly: if you look closely at the gentleman facing the viewer, you can see that he is perfectly level 😁
This other image, on the other hand, did end up severely tilted 😱

I must clarify that this image is not what it seems, and that no one was injured while capturing it…

Not another drunk about to flop on his face, I hope. Nice action capture. Interesting scene captured. LOL

All the so called norms, conventions, rules are BS.
Photography is a game of vision: a photographer has a vision, sees something, feels something, and makes his/her photo. That includes the whole process, planning, shooting, processing, cropping, etc. If a photographer can translate his vision into his work, it is a partial success; if he/she can make an impact with his/her work, it is a full success. If you can achieve to make an impact on your viewers, you are good. And no BW tonality, colour grading, panoramic crop, can make this happen. If I were you I was going to stick my vision and try to make an impact with it.

Aesthetically pleasing, with a graphic-novel style; if you take it a bit further, it borders on the abstract.

The other day, I mentioned that heavy processing can cause nuances to be lost. Well, in this case, I’d like to see the spectators' faces to get a clue about the tone of the situation.
In any case, I like it; it strikes me as a very dynamic scene...
