This month with your Nikon 1 - April 2023

Let's try to run a fresh version of the monthly image posting thread. I'm re-using the rules from my old thread on DPReview, but if you would like to see it handled differently, please comment with a reply to this thread. I'm also aware that some DPReview members went over to DPR Forum, so not sure to which site the majority is gravitating to.

Feel free to share your work either here or through individual threads on the forum, whatever you are more comfortable with.

The rules are simple:
- Add your contribution by clicking on the "Reply" button for the main thread
- Embed or link your Nikon 1 image, and add whatever you’d like to say about it.
- If you want criticism/critique (C&C) or technique feedback, say so. It’s generally assumed that you want general feedback, but direct requests make it clearer.

The title of the thread shouldn't discourage you from posting older pictures. Feel free to post anything that you found again in your archives or that you are currently working on.

The photo was taken on April 9, 2023, during a comparison (sensor 1” with a factor x2.6 / x2.7) with my old Kodak DCS 410

With all the experimenting in the alternate sites I've not had much time to process new photos. Here's a shot of Trixie from 4/10/23 taken with a V1 and the 30-110 at ISO 1250:

Avenue - test

Not an inspiring shot but the first is how the scene looked, quite dark in spite of some sunlight: - realistic Nikon colours which is what I Iike. The second, similar scene, tweaked for colour etc and some AI sharpening.
