Good morning to everyone wherever you are in the world... Just started my last thread on DPReviewed. And, just in time, before the site closes, reached my 25000th post HERE.. Let's see what the new DPRevived adventure brings.

I really like the fury of the water in #1. Abstract in #2. ALL Superb shots.

They are probably poor and don't even know it. They are happy anyway.

The last one is quite interesing.

Well I posted on the "other" thread a fuller set of an afternoon in the Apennines. So just a pair of alternative views here. For those who did not see the other post elsewhere, we are near Reggio Emilia in Italy

Pretty in Purple

Shot with a Canon T8i, 18-135 IS USM, at 35mm, f/7.1, ss 1/40rh, Auto ISO at 12800.
I wanted to emphasize the purple, so I set a Cloudy WB and dropped the EC one full stop to -1.

This was about 6:30 PM or so on 04/06/23. We had been under a tornado watch all day, and this was on the tail end of that. The view is looking east. The tornado threat is moving on out, heading on to out the mid-Atlantic states.
