Totally agree. That was a grab shot and I had maybe 2 seconds to execute.
About "New Dawn": is this a multi-shot pano or a crop?
I like this. It reminds me of a frame, in Cape Town iirc, that is there as a photographic aid.
Not a bad idea.
I particularly like the monochromes.

More street shots
This is my pick. A more sombre version of 'Singin in the rain' :)
I took another sunset wander to The Summer House last night, or to give it it's proper name, Botany Bay farm. The conditions looked promising when I set off, with blue skies and fluffy clouds, but as the sun descended it wasn't long before the Irish Sea Perma-fog asserted its influence and bled the sky dry of colour.
Still, it was a pleasant evening to be wandering around on the moors, nice sunset or not.
All images taken with the Nikon Z7 + 24-70 f/2.8S or the Fujifilm X-H2 + 100-400. Processed in Capture One Pro 22, with additional processing in Topaz AI where noted
I spotted this character out hunting for its evening meal as I made my way back across the moors after dark. Amazing to watch it work, although it tended to avoid facing my direction and kept to quite a distance. This image has been run through Topaz AI to sharpen and up-rez it.

Lovely light in the first three.
Yes! A sheep with a lion's mane!

Brilliant catch.
A crop iirc.
It's an old shot.
As usual, more macro experiments. As usual, all taken with manual (industrial) lenses no one knows or cares about. 😁

Fantastic shots! Love the composition in both of those and they look wonderful in B&W.
Beautiful shot with effective composition, wonderful layers and colors. Very well done!
Sooo moody!
Brrr, this looks so cold. Very atmospheric.
